Refund and Returns Policy for Trippariz

At Trippariz, we are committed to providing our customers with the best products and a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns or refunds in accordance with the guidelines outlined below.
1. Returns
We accept returns of items purchased from Trippariz within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

After reviewing your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please ensure that the RA number is included in your return package to help us process the return efficiently.Packaging the Item:
Ensure that the item is securely packed in the original packaging (if possible) along with all accessories, manuals, and any promotional materials that came with it.Shipping the Item:
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return authorization email. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your returned item.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards
- Opened or used items that cannot be resold for health and safety reasons (e.g., hygiene-related products, certain kitchenware).
- Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
Please ensure that you check the product details and descriptions before purchasing.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assist you with a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
Please provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item along with a description of the issue to help us resolve the problem promptly.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, and while we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process to receive a refund.
7. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part (e.g., incorrect item or damaged product). If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
